RIL inches up with its arm incorporating wholly owned subsidiary in Estonia

Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1104.00, up by 1.15 points or 0.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 1102.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1109.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1117.25 and Rs. 1102.55 respectively. So far 77952 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1328.75 on 29-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 861.70 on 18-Dec-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1155.45 and Rs. 1,100.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 702629.58 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.27%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.32% and 16.41% respectively.

Reliance Industries’ (RIL) wholly owned subsidiary -- Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings (RIIHL) has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely, ‘Jio Estonia OU’ in Estonia, on November 22, 2018. Entire paid up share capital of Jio Estonia OU is held by RIIHL.

Jio Estonia OU proposes to engage in the activity of software development and providing consultancy for existing and future technology initiatives pursued by the Company and its subsidiaries.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
