Reliance Industries gains on raising funds via NCDs

Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1099.30, up by 3.10 points or 0.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 1096.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1100.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1102.25 and Rs. 1090.10 respectively. So far 260838 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1328.75 on 29-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 861.70 on 18-Dec-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,147.85 and Rs. 1055.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 694072.52 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.27%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.32% and 16.41% respectively.

Reliance Industries has raised funds by allotting various series of debentures on private placement basis. The company has allotted 25,000 Partly-paid Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 2,500 crore (PPD Series IA Debentures) and 30,000 Unsecured Redeemable NCDs of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 3,000 crore (PPD Series IB Debentures).
