Reliance Industries rises on completing acquisition of RSYS

Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs 1097.55, up by 7.50 points or 0.69% from its previous closing of Rs 1090.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 1087.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1099.00 and Rs 1066.55 respectively. So far 405731 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 1328.75 on 29-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs 872.10 on 06-Feb-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 1146.55 and Rs 1086.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 689318.60 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.27% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.32% and 16.41% respectively.

Reliance Industries has completed acquisition of 100% stake of Radisys Corporation (RSYS). The acquisition is done through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) set up in US for cash consideration aggregating to approximately $75 million equity value, based on current outstanding and dilutive equity share impact.
