HUDCO spurts on achieving level of loan sanctions of Rs 12,115.68 crore

Housing & Urban Development Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 44.10, up by 1.45 points or 3.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 42.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 43.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 44.90 and Rs. 43.10 respectively. So far 182997 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 89.50 on 10-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 39.95 on 11-Dec-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 44.90 and Rs. 42.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8818.37 crore.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has achieved the level of Loan Sanctions of Rs 12,115.68 crore and Loan Releases of Rs 12,850.29 crore (Release against current year sanction is Rs 5107.33 crore and release against previous year sanction is Rs 7742.96 crore), as on December 31, 2018, for the financial year 2018-19.

HUDCO finances social housing and residential real estate through primarily lending to State Governments and their agencies, which, in turn, extend the finance to or utilise the finance for the ultimate individual beneficiaries.
