The projects are from various unrelated domestic clients from varied sectors, the projects will be carried out in cities such as Bangalore and Chennai. Most projects are expected to be completed in a period of 24 months from the date of award.
The projects include the 'construction of Shell & Core residential tower at Seegahalli, Bangalore, with Super structure approximately 7 lakh square feet and Sub structure 2.50 lakh square feet worth Rs 82.50 crore and other order is for establishment of Infrastructure for Production Augmentation facilities at LCA Tejas division built up area approximately 3 lakh square feet worth Rs 70.57 crore.
The company also bagged orders for design and construction of underground commuter amenities Centre at Shenoy Nagar Metro Station, Chennai, built up area around 4 lakh square feet worth Rs 192.34 crore. For design & build pre-fabricated steel structure at Bangalore and Concrete & Block work for High Rise Apartments at Bangalore built up area around 10.81 lakh worth Rs 143.34 crore, and Concrete and Block work for High Rise Apartments at Bangalore built up area around 15 lakh built up area around worth Rs 163.60 crore.
