Kalpataru Power Transmission reports 19% fall in Q1 net profit

Kalpataru Power Transmission has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2012.

The company has registered a fall of 18.55% in its net profit at Rs 27.35 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 33.58 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income from operation of the company has increased by 19.41% at Rs 699.43 crore for Q1FY13 as compared Rs 585.74 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Kalpataru Power Transmission is one of the largest and fastest growing specialized EPC companies in India engaged in power transmission and distribution, oil and gas pipeline, infrastructure development, civil contracting and warehousing and logistics business with a strong international presence in power transmission and distribution.
