Seamec enters into contract worth $18 million with Leighton Welspun Contractors

Seamec has entered into a contract valued at approximately $18 million with Leighton Welspun Contractors for charter hire of the vessel along with diving for ONGC PRP Project III for Season 2012 - 2013 and Season 2013 - 2014. The job for each season is 180 days and the first season job will commence around early October 2012.

Besides, the company had also entered into a Charter Party with Integrated Subsea Engineering & Services L.L.C, Sharjah, UAE for deployment of vessel in offshore Arabian Gulf for a period of 30 days with option for extension. The contract commenced from July 05, 2012 and the deployment of the aforesaid vessel in Offshore Arabian Gulf will continue till end of August 2012 approximately.

SEAMEC is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
