Bajaj Auto, country’s second largest two-wheeler maker is geared up to introduce the 2012 model of Kawasaki Ninja 650R on August 9, 2012. The company will offer Ninja 650R in the price range between Rs 5-6 lakh.
Kawasaki Ninja 650R, powered by a 650cc parallel twin Sports Tourer will produce 72 bhp and 66 Nm torque while sound will be sportier. The new bike will have stiffer suspensions and it does get a wider front faring, redesigned headlights and air vents on the side besides a new fuel tank, seat and rear end.
The company is planning to bring only a limited number of this model into the country with deliveries expected to commence soon after launch date.
