Varroc Engineering gains on its arm commencing operations of plant in Morocco

Varroc Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 615.00, up by 17.40 points or 2.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 597.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 601.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 620.00 and Rs. 601.20 respectively. So far 948 shares were traded on the counter.

Varroc Engineering’s wholly owned step-down subsidiary -- Varroc Lighting Systems S.A. Morocco has commenced commercial operations of Phase I of plant located at Tanger Automotive City, Commune Jouamaa, Morocco, with an aim to manufacture and supply Automotive Lighting parts.

The company has commenced commercial operations of the plant with effect from February 26, 2019.
