Axis Bank rises on planning to raise funds via debt instruments

Axis Bank is currently trading at Rs. 766.05, up by 8.85 points or 1.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 757.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 762.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 769.85 and Rs. 760.45 respectively. So far 139392 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 769.85 on 27-Mar-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 477.50 on 04-Apr-2018.

Axis Bank is planning to borrow / raise funds in Indian Currency / Foreign Currency by issue of debt Instruments including but not limited to Bonds and Non-Convertible Debentures. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 25, 2019, to consider and approve the same.
