Mahindra Finance moves up on raising Rs 900 crore though NCDs

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 422.20, up by 5.60 points or 1.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 416.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 416.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 422.20 and Rs. 410.10 respectively. So far 23804 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 527.45 on 27-Jul-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 351.00 on 08-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 424.70 and Rs. 402.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 25983.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.41% and 8.41% respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised funds worth Rs 900 crore. The duly authorized Committee of the company, at their meeting held on May 30, 2019, has approved the allotment of 9,000 Secured Redeemable Principal Protected Non-Convertible Market Linked Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, at par, aggregating to Rs 900 crore.
