Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has estimated such development to cost Rs 585.9 million.
The project envisages overall construction of 760 Dwelling Units (DU) and 18 shops along with common amenities, infrastructure & development works of the entire site, and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Roof Top Solar PV System covering at least 50% of roof-area. It is to be executed within 24 months. The company has also agreed to develop 80 DU towards creation of additional Affordable Housing (AH) stock as premium to AMC.
