South Indian Bank surges on investing in Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management

South Indian Bank is currently trading at Rs. 11.01, up by 0.09 points or 0.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 10.92 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 10.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 11.05 and Rs. 10.89 respectively. So far 24836 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 18.55 on 08-Apr-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 8.50 on 15-Oct-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 11.47 and Rs. 10.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1992.50 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.57% and 68.43%, stake in the Bank, respectively.

South Indian Bank has made investment of Rs 15 lakh in Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management (KIFML). Post investment the shareholding of the bank in KIFML is 8.47%. The bank has been issued with 1.50 lakh equity shares at face value of Rs 10 each.
