Navin Fluorine International surges on planning for Rs 450 crore CAPEX program

Navin Fluorine International is currently trading at Rs. 923.55, up by 15.60 points or 1.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 907.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 924.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 933.65 and Rs. 921.05 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 950.00 on 15-Nov-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 570.20 on 29-Jul-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 933.65 and Rs. 882.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4491.77 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 31.03%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.99% and 33.97% respectively.

Navin Fluorine International is planning a CAPEX program at Dahej in the state of Gujarat through a wholly owned subsidiary with an estimated aggregate capital outlay of over Rs 450 crore over the next 3 - 4 years.

The Board of Directors of the company has initially approved capital expenditure of around Rs 90 crore for site development and related infrastructure on around 74 acres of land for Greenfield projects at Dahej, Gujarat through a wholly owned subsidiary, to be incorporated. The said capital expenditure will be funded by the Company out of its internal accruals.

Navin Fluorine International manufactures and sells specialty fluorochemicals in India and internationally.
