Himachal Futuristic Communications (HFCL) has completed the acquisition of balance 50.10% of the Equity Shares in DragonWave HFCL India, a joint venture company, from DragonWave, Singapore, JV Party, at a total consideration of Rs 2.25 crore, pursuant to mutual cessation of the Joint Venture Agreement dated October 18, 2010, thereby making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, with effect from December 17, 2019.
