Linde India has received an approval from the Board to enter into a joint venture (JV) with Praxair India, with both Linde India and Praxair India holding 50% of the total issued and paid up share capital of the Joint Venture Company which will provide Operation and Management (O&M) Services to both Linde India and Praxair India.
The Board of the Company has also approved of Linde India entering into an O&M Services Agreement with Joint Venture Company. The Board has also approved additional investment of Rs 1.995 crore into the Joint Venture Company by way of additional equity subscription, with a view to maintain 50:50 stake in the Joint Venture Company.
