India Home Loan gains on getting nod to raise to Rs 20 crore through NCDs

The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 36.75, up by 0.65 points or 1.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 36.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 36.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 39.00 and Rs. 35.50 respectively. So far 6538 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 71.90 on 27-Jun-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.30 on 24-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 45.00 and Rs. 34.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 52.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.57% and 36.84% respectively.

India Home Loan has received approval for issue of 200 Secured, Redeemable, listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) amounting to Rs 20 crore on a private placement basis, being proposed to be allotted in one or more tranches/series, to eligible investors permitted to invest in NCDs under applicable law.

The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 26, 2020 has approved the same.

India Home Loan is engaged in providing housing finance for the purchase and construction of house and apartments.
