Savera Industries declines on getting nod to close some units

Savera Industries is currently trading at Rs. 34.20, down by 0.35 points or 1.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 34.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 34.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 34.75 and Rs. 31.95 respectively. So far 492 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 58.45 on 11-Jul-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 28.30 on 22-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 35.45 and Rs. 30.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 40.85 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.94% and Non-Institutions held 39.06%.

Savera Industries has received an approval to close Amaravathi restaurant at ECR, Amaravathi Highway restaurant at Chengapalli and Kaaraikudi restaurant at Ulundurpet units in view of continuous losses incurred by the units due to lock down on account of present COVID19 pandemic. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 29, 2020 has approved the same.
