Hercules Hoists falls after temporarily shutting down Khalapur facilities

Hercules Hoists is currently trading at Rs. 79.60, down by 1.60 points or 1.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 81.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 79.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 80.70 and Rs. 78.05 respectively. So far 2983 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 108.30 on 06-Jan-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 47.90 on 30-Mar-2020.

Hercules Hoists has temporarily shut down its production and distribution facilities at Khalapur (Raigad) from July 16, 2020 to July 25, 2020 on the accounts of lockdown imposed by the Collector of Raigad District. The Company had already moved to 'work from home' policy for all its office employees.

Hercules Hoists, a part of the Bajaj group, one of the India’s prime business houses was established in 1962 is a manufacturer of material-handling equipment.
