ING Vysya Bank re-arranges retail banking division

ING Vysya Bank has revised its retail banking division, in line with the bank’s ambitious growth plans. The bank will structure its retail division in two verticals that are Retail Assets and Branch Banking & Private clients. To add further, the bank has appointed Brett Morgan as the new Country Head, Branch Banking, Marketing & Private clients.

On standalone basis, the bank has posted a rise of 38.40% in its net profit at Rs 130.12 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 as compared to Rs 94.02 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.  Total income has increased by 32.74% at Rs 1342.36 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1011.29 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.
