Future Enterprises touches lower circuit on the BSE

Future Enterprises is currently trading at its lower circuit limit of Rs. 20.15, down by 1.05 points or 4.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 21.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 22.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 22.25 and Rs. 20.15 respectively. So far 6157264 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 29.55 on 05-Nov-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 7.55 on 07-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.25 and Rs. 17.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 916.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.11%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.83% and 46.07% respectively.

Future Enterprises has postponed its board meeting scheduled for August 28, 2020 due to non-completion of audit of its financial results. The meeting shall now be held on September 7, 2020. The company, which recently defaulted on interest payment of non-convertible debentures, had earlier this week said it is considering to raise funds.

Future Enterprises develops, owns and leases the retail infrastructure for the Group. The company also holds the Group’s investments in subsidiaries and joint ventures including insurance, textile manufacturing, supply chain and logistics.
