Raymond slips as SEBI imposes Rs 7 lakh fine on it

Raymond is currently trading at Rs. 307.95, down by 1.85 points or 0.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 309.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 312.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 316.65 and Rs. 298.50 respectively. So far 59244 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 772.00 on 02-Dec-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 209.50 on 30-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 323.35 and Rs. 283.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2111.01 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.27%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.75% and 40.99% respectively.

Markets regulator SEBI has imposed Rs 7 lakh fine on Raymond for not obtaining approval for certain related party transactions involving the lease of JK House. Raymond violated provisions of Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
