Raymond jumps on raising Rs 40 crore through NCDs

Raymond is currently trading at Rs. 322.20, up by 4.00 points or 1.26% from its previous closing of Rs. 318.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 321.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 323.90 and Rs. 317.30 respectively. So far 21833 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 772.00 on 02-Dec-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 209.50 on 30-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 327.85 and Rs. 301.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2203.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.27%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.75% and 40.99% respectively.

Raymond has raised Rs 40 crore through Secured Listed Rated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Series O) (NCDs) and allotted 400, 8.85% NCDs having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each at par.
