Reliance Infra trades higher on the bourses

Reliance Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs 436.00, up by 9.25 points or 2.17% from its previous closing of Rs 426.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 430.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 441.90 and Rs 429.15 respectively. So far 86192 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 1134.00 on 07-Oct-2010 and a 52 week low of Rs 410.15 on 19-Aug-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 489.90 and Rs 410.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 11325.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.09% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.97% and 14.43% respectively.

Reliance Infrastructure has bought-back 5,00,000 equity shares of the Company, pursuant to the buy-back program of the company. The Company had announced buy-back program of equity shares for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 1,000 crore. The Company has so far bought-back 28,75,000 equity shares for an aggregate amount of Rs 167.54 crore.
