Schrader Duncan gains as arm enters into MOU for sale of Tarapur MIDC land

The company is an Indo-American joint venture with Schrader Bridgeport International Inc, USA which is a part of Tomkins, UK, and a global major with sales of over $4 billion. Originally incorporated as Schrader Scovill Duncan in 1961, the company is a pioneer in the Tyre tube valves and Pneumatic products in India.
