Max Ventures & Industries jumps after its arm enters into ‘Managed Office Spaces’ business

Max Ventures And Industries is currently trading at Rs. 53.60, up by 1.00 points or 1.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 52.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 53.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 55.15 and Rs. 52.75 respectively. So far 27546 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 58.00 on 10-Feb-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 25.15 on 24-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 56.80 and Rs. 51.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 778.57 crore.

Max Asset Services (MAS), a subsidiary of Max Group’s listed entity Max Ventures & Industries (MaxVIL), has made its entry into the ‘Managed Office Spaces’ business with the launch of ‘WorkWell Suites’ at the newly developed office complex Max House, Okhla.

The company plans to operationalize nearly 2 lakh sq. ft. of managed office space in the Delhi NCR over the next 3 years. Max Asset Services has planned a low capex model for building this capacity.
