DIL promoter hikes stake in the firm by 0.29%

DIL formerly Duphar-Interfran, has witnessed one of its promoter increasing its stake in the company by 0.29%. Krishna Datla, one of the promoter of the company has intimated regarding acquisition of 6,675 equity shares or 0.29% from the open market in the month of September 2011.

Post acquisition, the holding of Krishna Datla, has gone up from 1,72,030 to 1,78,705 i.e. increase from 7.50% to 7.79% and the holding of DVK Investments, the other promoter, as on date has remained unchanged which is 12,10,528 shares i.e. 52.79%. Also, the total promoters’ holding has now gone up from 13,82,558 shares to 13,89,233 shares i.e. from 60.29% to 60.58%.

DIL is engaged in the business of research support services through its subsidiary Research Support International (RSIL), manufacture and marketing of enzymes and chemicals through its subsidiary Fermenta Biotech (FBL), entertainment through its subsidiary White Stripes Entertainment (WSEL) and manufacture and marketing of levitation technology and wheel chairs through its Joint Venture company, being set up in the Czech Republic.
