Pursuant to the provisions of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended (‘the Rules’), DCM Shriram Industries has informed that the Company is mandated to transfer the Dividend for the Financial Year 2013-14, which remained unclaimed for a period of seven years to the IEPF Authority. The corresponding shares on which dividend was unclaimed for seven consecutive years will also be transferred as per the procedure set out in the said Rules. ln compliance with the Rules, the Company has communicated individually to the concerned shareholders whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF during the FY2021-22 at their registered address for taking appropriate action and has also published the notice in the newspapers, ‘The Financial Express and Jansatta’ respectively, copies attached. The details of unclaimed dividend and shares liable to be transferred to IEPF are also made available on the website of the Company viz www.dcmsr.com. Shareholders concerned may refer to the website to verify the details of their unencashed dividend and the shares liable to be transferred.
