Avenue Supermarts rises on opening new store in Haryana

Avenue Supermarts is currently trading at Rs. 3994.95, up by 32.70 points or 0.83% from its previous closing of Rs. 3962.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3975.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4000.00 and Rs. 3963.50 respectively. So far 18351 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4012.70 on 01-Sep-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1949.30 on 19-Oct-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4000.00 and Rs. 3909.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 258915.54 crore.

Avenue Supermarts, which owns and operates supermarket chain DMart, has opened a new store at Faridabad, Haryana, which is its second one in Delhi-NCR. The company has opened a 94,000 sq. ft. store at BPTP Parklands, Faridabad. Like its other stores, the D-Mart store in Ghaziabad too has emerged as one of the favourite shopping places among residents. The new D-Mart store at BPTP Parklands too, promises to meet all the daily requirements of basic home and personal products under one roof.
