Bayer CropScience, agro-chemical firm has sold its property at Thane in Maharashtra for Rs 1,250 crore to Agile Real Estate. It had 104 acres at Kolshet Road, Balkum Village in Thane along with buildings and structures.
The company had entered into a binding agreement with Agile Real Estate, in March 2011, for the proposed sale of said asset. Also, Agile had paid Rs 520 crore as earnest money and advance for this exclusive deal.
