Zenith Infotech advances on the BSE

Zenith Infotech is currently trading at Rs. 191.00, up by 1.00 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 190.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 203.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 203.00 and Rs. 191.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 271.95 on 15-Oct-2010 and a 52 week low of Rs. 127.25 on 18-Mar-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 203.00 and Rs. 187.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 240.95 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.89% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.20% and 13.91% respectively. 

Zenith Infotech has spun off one division of the company business - MSD Divsion to Zenith Monitoring Services, Mumbai which will be a subsidiary of Zenith RMM LLC, by way of an asset purchase agreement. However, the company is going to be a major shareholder.
