Emami has acquired 19 per cent equity stake in direct-to-consumer (D2C) nutrition firm Tru Native F&B. Tru Native F&B markets nutrition products under the brand TruNativ, targetted at health and fitness enthusiasts.

Ugro Capital has raised Rs 30 crore through issuance and allotment of 600 units of Commercial Paper (CP) of face value Rs 5 lakh each. The tenure of the security is 364 days and redemption date is March 3, 2023.

Force Motors has reported the production, sales and export of the products manufactured during the month of February 2022. The company’s production of Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV) & Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) stood at 856 units and Utility Vehicles (UV), Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV) & Tractors stood at 689 units. The company’s domestic sales for SCV & LCV stood at 451 units and sales of UV, SUV & Tractors stood at 635 units, while the company has exported 213 units of SCV & LCV and 12 unit of UV, SUV & Tractors in month of February 2022.
