Infotech Enterprises moves up on inking partnership pact with SEI

Infotech Enterprises is currently trading at Rs 117.00, up by 0.10 points or 0.09% from its previous closing of Rs 116.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 123.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 123.85 and Rs 115.05 respectively. So far 1521 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 196.80 on 13-Oct-2010 and a 52 week low of Rs 104.05 on 19-Aug-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 125.40 and Rs 112.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 1302.26 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.97% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.02% and 47.02% respectively.

Subsequently, Utilities go through a process of reengineering their business processes, upgrade and modify their Information Technology and Operational Technology (OT) systems and align data supporting these systems.

Infotech’s SEI trained and certified navigators located across the world will provide holistic services to the Utilities not only in evaluating their maturity but also to help them implement Smart Grid solutions. This partnership coupled with Infotech’s deep domain knowledge, expertise in working with IT and OT systems and SEI-trained navigators will be able to help Utilities across the globe to undertake their Smart Grid journey realistically and with more confidence.
