Motherson Sumi Systems, GTPL Hathway and JK Tyre & Industries to see some action today

Motherson Sumi Systems has bagged an order from Boeing to manufacture and supply aftermarket molded polymer parts for commercial airplane interiors. This is the first order for Motherson from Boeing and will commence from the third quarter of FY23. It will be produced at a plant situated in Noida. With this order, Motherson becomes a tier-1 supplier to Boeing. This marks the beginning of a new journey in line with Motherson's vision for growth in aerospace.

GTPL Hathway (GTPL) has entered into partnership with Verimatrix to onboard its Video Content Authority System (VCAS) to protect its Google Android TV-based DVB Hybrid set top box. JK Tyre & Industries has come up with the country's first puncture guard technology in tyres for four-wheelers. The technology, with specially engineered self-healing elastomer inner coat, applied inside the tyres through an automated process, heals the punctures. The company plans to build in the technology in its range of tyres for four-wheelers.

Capri Global Capital’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Capri Global Housing Finance has entered a co-lending alliance with the State Bank of India (SBI), country's largest public-sector bank. The collaboration aims to offer housing loans under priority sector to eligible homebuyers at competitive interest rates across its 110 touch points in India. The loan disbursement under this arrangement would commence from March 2022.

Adani Wilmar is betting big on staples and scouting for acquisition of regional rice brands and processing units in several states of the country. The company will launch branded daily-use rice under the fortune brand beginning with West Bengal from early April. Staple is just 11 per cent of the company's topline. Adani Wilmar had acquired a sick rice processing unit in West Bengal to mark the journey in the segment which is 30-35 million tonne per annum in size.

Aurum Proptech has received approval for acquisition of 100% of the share capital of HelloWorld Technologies (HelloWorld), one of the largest Co-living Companies in India. The acquisition shall be for a cash consideration of an amount of up to Rs 42 crore. This amount of acquisition is equivalent to current annualized revenue run rate of HelloWorld.

TCPL Packaging has made capacity addition, by installing the second line at its Flexible Packaging unit situated at Silvassa consisting of Rotogravure Printing Press and other ancillary equipment. Furthermore, TCPL Innofilms, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has started trial production of its Polyethylene (PE) blown film line at Silvassa.
