Sagar Cements has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022
The company has reported a fall of 66.53% in its net profit at Rs 16.31 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 48.73 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 15.53% at Rs 486.22 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 420.86 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss at Rs 19.15 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 48.14 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 20.63% at Rs 505.89 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 419.36 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2022, the company has reported a fall of 45.17% in its net profit at Rs 103.78 crore as compared to Rs 189.26 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 15.28% at Rs 1594.77 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1383.42 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
For the year ended March 31, 2022, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 68.22% in its net profit at Rs 59.15 crore as compared to Rs 186.12 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 16.76% at Rs 1,610.29 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1,379.10 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
