Ind-Swift touches roof on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary company

Ind-Swift is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 9.58, up by 0.45 points or 4.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 9.13 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9.53 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.58 and Rs. 9.53 respectively. So far 550 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 18.76 on 12-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.70 on 19-Jul-2021.

The object of setting up a wholly owned subsidiary in the Republic of Kenya is to facilitate the promotion of the Company's products in Kenya. 100% shareholding owned by Ind Swift.
