Bharti Infratel is trading at Rs 206.75, up by 2.45 points or 1.20% from its previous close of 204.30 on Thursday. The scrip opened at Rs 205.00 and has touched a new high of Rs 210.00 and low of Rs 203.10. So far, 6,30,000 shares were traded on the counter.
The company had fixed the issue price at Rs 220 a share for institutional and high net worth individuals (HNI’s) and Rs 210 a share for retail investors. The shares were admitted for trading on the bourses on December 28, 2012
Bharti Infratel, a leading provider of passive telecom infrastructure in India, will be included in the FTSE Global Equity Indices starting January 07, 2013. This follows the company’s successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 188,900,000 equity shares and its listing on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange in India (BSE).
