Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostic has informed that approval of members is sought by way of Postal Ballot on the agenda items listed in the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 28, 2022. The Company has completed the dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice in electronic form only as permitted under the MCA & SEBI Circulars. In compliance with Sections 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules framed there under and the MCA & SEBI Circulars, the Company has extended only remote e-voting facility for its members, to enable them to cast their votes electronically instead of submitting the postal ballot form. In this regard, the Company has engaged the services of NSDL for providing e-voting facility. The E-voting period will commence on June 8, 2022 at 09.00 a.m. and would end on July 7, 2022 at 5.00 p.m. The result of postal ballot will be announced on or before July 9, 2022.
