Hanung Toys trades higher on the BSE

Hanung Toys & Textiles is currently trading at Rs. 174.75, up by 3.75 points or 2.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 171.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 171.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 179.55 and Rs. 171.00 respectively. So far 84183 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 179.55 on 08-Dec-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 106.00 on 06-Sep-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 179.55 and Rs. 162.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 441.17 crore.

Hanung Toys and Textiles will be issuing 30 lakh equity shares as preferential allotment to promoter group. The company’s board of directors at their meeting held on January 7, 2013, decided the same. Further, the shareholders’ approval for the said preferential allotment of equity share would be through postal ballot as per section 192A of the Companies Act 1956.
