DVI Fund Mauritius divests 3.3% stake in GMR Infrastructure

DVI Fund Mauritius, a public shareholder of GMR Infrastructure, has divested 3.3 per cent stake in the airports handling company for Rs 720 crore through an open market transaction. According to the data, DVI Fund Mauritius sold a total of 19,84,17,768 shares, amounting to 3.28 per cent stake in the company. The shares were offloaded at an average price of Rs 36.3 apiece, taking the transaction size to Rs 720 crore.

GMR Infrastructure is engaged in generation of power, mining and exploration activities, development of highways, infrastructure development, such as development and maintenance of airports and special economic zone; construction business, including engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracting activities and operation of airports and special economic zones.
