HBL Power Systems jumps on receiving purchase order from Integral Coach Factory

HBL Power Systems is currently trading at Rs. 85.65, up by 5.70 points or 7.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 79.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 80.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 86.75 and Rs. 79.75 respectively. So far 2993550 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 105.40 on 06-Jun-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 45.80 on 21-Sep-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 86.75 and Rs. 74.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2390.81 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.11% and 26.92% respectively.

HBL Power Systems has received a purchase order from Integral Coach Factory (ICF) for the supply of 46 sets of Kavach, to be installed at the time of manufacture of the trainsets, at a total price of Rs 31.66 crore including taxes. Deliveries will begin in November 2022 and are scheduled to be completed by July 2023. ICF is manufacturing the Vande Bharat trainsets, designed to run at 160 kmph.
