Ircon International has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for construction of balance work of Bahuti Canal Project on TURNKEY basis including completion of earth work of main canal system from RD 18 to 74 km & other ancillary activities. The project was floated by Government of Madhya Pradesh- Water Resources Department on competitive bidding and value of the project is approximately Rs 392.52 crore.

Tata Power Company’s step down wholly owned subsidiary -- Tata Power Solar Systems (TPSSL) has tied up with Union Bank of India (UBI) to help MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) sector switch to solar solutions. The objective of this collaboration is to improve access to green energy and save on the cost of electricity, thus making MSMEs more profitable.

Page Industries is planning to invest Rs 290 crore to set up two facilities in Telangana. The new units will provide a total employment to 7,000 local youngsters. It will manufacture garments which include sportswear and athleisure wear.

Reliance Industries’ (RIL) telecom arm -- Reliance Jio Infocomm (Jio) is aiming to bring major parts of Kolkata under its 5G service by December of this year and the work will be completed by June 2023. The high speed data services will be launched in Siliguri soon and the north Bengal city will be second in the state after Kolkata where the company will offer its 5G services. The 5G launch in Siliguri will be part of the December 2023 dateline for complete coverage rollout by the company in the country. In Kolkata, the coverage is currently being ramped up on a daily basis. Major parts of the city will be covered within December and it will be completed by June 2023.

Entertainment Network (India) (ENIL), which operates leading FM radio brand Mirchi, has acquired a significant minority stake in music e-learning startup Spardha, in a bid to strengthen its digital transformation as a mobile-first entertainment brand. This is ENIL's first external investment, and with this move, the company has signaled its interest in strategic investments to build shareholder value in the long term.

IndusInd Bank has partnered with the Department of Panchayati Raj, Government of Uttarakhand to offer its banking services in more than 600 Nyaya Panchayats. Under this partnership, IndusInd Bank through the vast network of ‘Bharat Money Stores’ of Bharat Financial Inclusion which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank, will provide fully digital and paperless banking services to its rural customers from neighbouring villages.

Tera Software has got a work Orders worth of Rs 46.70 crore from Bharat Electronics (A Govt. of India Enterprises), Bangalore for scanning & digitizations - E Mahabhoomi Polygons in 14 districts of Maharashtra.
