Apollo Hospitals Enterprise raises Rs 105 crore through NCDs

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has raised Rs 105 crore through the allotment of 1050 - Senior, Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value Rs 10 lakh each, for cash to ICICI Bank on private placement basis. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) Segment of NSE. The Committee of Directors, has on December 14, 2022, approved the allotment of the same.

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise owns and operates chain of multi-specialty hospitals. It offers the services in the area of cardiology, cardiothoracic, orthopedics and joint replacement, spine surgery, oncology, etc.
