Uno Minda, Bharti Airtel and Ugro Capital to see some action today

Uno Minda has entered into Technical License agreement with Asentec Co (Asentec) of Korea, a leading global supplier of Automotive sensors and actuators, to design, develop, manufacture and market wheel speed sensors in India.

Bharti Airtel (Airtel) has acquired a strategic stake in Lemnisk under Airtel’s Startup Accelerator Program. The deal is subject to all applicable statutory approvals. Lemnisk is a Bengaluru based startup that offers Real-Time Marketing Automation and secure Customer Data Platform (CDP) capable of orchestrating 1-to-1 personalization and cross-channel customer journeys at scale that increases conversions, retention, and growth for enterprises.

Ugro Capital has raised Rs 25 crore through the allotment of 250 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, taxable, transferable, principal protected market linked non-convertible debentures (NCDs) denominated in INR, having a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each and at discount (with an issue price of Rs 9,27,000 per Debenture), through private placement. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 19, 2022 has, inter-alia, made an allotment of the same.

3i Infotech has been awarded a contract for Digital Infrastructure Managed services from India's leading health and hygiene brand 'Eureka Forbes' (EFL). Total contract value is around Rs 10.25 crore, spread across three years. EFL is one of Asia’s largest direct sales forces. Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed its first hotel in Rajkot, Gujarat. This is a conversion and will be rebranded an IHCL - SeleQtions hotel after extensive renovations. With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 20 hotels across Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger brands across Gujarat including four under development.
