KNR Constructions soars on getting LoA worth Rs 665 crore

KNR Constructions is currently trading at Rs. 263.75, up by 5.70 points or 2.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 258.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 263.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 266.00 and Rs. 262.45 respectively. So far 11456 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 323.95 on 03-Mar-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 202.85 on 20-Oct-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 266.00 and Rs. 243.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7434.44 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.68% and 8.22% respectively.

KNR Constructions has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for Development of six lane access controlled Greenfield Highway from Marripudi (ch. 285+500) to Somvarappadu (ch. 314+600) of [NH-544G] Bengaluru-Vijayawada economic corridor on HAM Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-1 in the state of Andhra Pradesh (Package 13). The cost of the project is Rs 665.00 crore. The completion period for the said project is 24 months.

KNR Constructions is a multi-domain infrastructure project development company providing (EPC) engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors namely roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
