Further to the outcome of meeting of the Board of directors of the Company dated 09th March, 2023, IFL Enterprises has informed that it enclosed a copy of the postal ballot notice dated 09th March, 2023 (‘Postal Ballot Notice’). Postal ballot notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off date Friday, 10th March, 2023 (‘Cut-off date’). The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) to provide remote e-voting facility to its Members. The remote e-voting period commences from 9.00 am (IST) on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 and ends at 5.00 pm (IST) on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL thereafter. Voting rights of the Members shall be in proportion to the shares held by them in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on Cut-off date. Communication of assent or dissent of the Members would only take place through the remote e-voting system. This Postal Ballot Notice will also be available on the Company’s website www.iflenterprises.com and on the website of CDSL www.cdslindia.com.
