Hindustan Construction Company’s (HCC) wholly owned subsidiary -- HCC Concessions has completed sale of Baharampore-Farakka Highways (BFHL). HCC Concessions has transferred 100% stake held in BFHL to Cube Highways and Infrastructure V (Cube) at an enterprise valuation of Rs 1,323 crore, which includes SPV debt of Rs 646 crore. With this, BFHL has ceased to be subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 28, 2023.
