Deepak Nitrite surges on commencing commercial production of OBA

Deepak Nitrite is currently trading at Rs. 275.05, up by 5.00 points or 1.85% from its previous closing of Rs. 270.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 272.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 275.40 and Rs. 272.00 respectively. So far 85 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 325.00 on 13-Dec-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 139.00 on 29-Mar-2012.

Deepak Nitrite has commenced first stream for commercial production of Optical Brightening Agent (OBA) on March 15, 2013. The company has commenced production after completion of successful trial runs of production at its new Greenfield Plant located at Dahej, Bharuch district in the state of Gujarat.
