The board of company at its meeting held on March 19, 2013 has approved for the same.
In addition to the above, the board has also taken note of the proposed issue of Optionally Convertible Preference shares in Prime Focus World N.V, wholly owned subsidiary of the company, for an amount not exceeding $10 million, to the AID Partners group, convertible to equity of Prime Focus World, N.V. at a valuation of $250 million.
