General Atlantic Singapore Kh Pte, an arm of US-based private equity firm General Atlantic, has offloaded shares of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) for Rs 696 crore through an open market transaction.
According to the block deal data available with the BSE, General Atlantic Singapore Kh sold more than 40.68 lakh shares, amounting to a 5 per cent stake in KIMS. The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 1,710 per piece, taking the transaction value to Rs 695.74 crore.
